By accessing or using the Vitalex Wellness website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our service.

02 Products & Medical Disclaimer

Vitalex Wellness products are designed for general wellness purposes only. Our red light therapy devices are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new health regimen, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition, are pregnant, have a photosensitive condition, or are taking photosensitising medications.

03 Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) inclusive of GST where applicable. Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

• We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal
• All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways
• You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful purchase
• Promotional pricing and discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively

04 Shipping & Delivery

We ship to Australia and selected international destinations. Estimated delivery times are indicative only and subject to carrier delays.

• Standard Australian delivery: 3–7 business days
• Express Australian delivery: 1–3 business days
• International delivery: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

05 Returns & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for products in original, unused condition. Contact our support team at info@vitalexwellness.com prior to returning any item.

• Products must be in original, undamaged packaging with all accessories
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

06 Warranty

All Vitalex Wellness devices come with a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. This warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear.

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements — is the exclusive property of Vitalex Wellness Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce or use any content without our express written consent.

08 Privacy Policy
